Built with AI

I build the tools myself.

One was deployed in production at DraftKings. Two are personal projects.

Partnership Compliance Agent

The problem

Every day, a partner's broadcast had to be checked against an eight-figure annual media deal. It was about 20 hours a week of manual work.

What I built

An end-to-end agent, built in Claude Code, that does the checking, logging and reporting on its own.

What it does

Grades each episode against contractual, commercial and compliance requirements, and captures on-screen brand exposure.

What leaders get

A two-page daily brief focused on actionable activation insights.

  1. Downloaddaily broadcast episodes
  2. Gradevs. contractual, commercial & compliance terms
  3. Logstructured results to Airtable
  4. Capturebrand exposure, frame-by-frame screenshots
  5. Brieftwo-page daily activation report

~20 hrs/wk of compliance and content-analysis work automated

About

Both sides of the partnership table.

I've spent fifteen years in sports, media, and gaming, on both sides of the deal. At the Milwaukee Bucks, I sold: I helped create, price and close the sponsorship program for a brand-new arena. At DraftKings, I bought and built: I ran the company's partnerships with the NBA, NHL, and PGA TOUR, launched a streaming network, and integrated three acquisitions.

The common thread is turning rights and relationships into results that show up in the numbers, and building the systems that prove it: the valuation model that tracked sponsor signage during the 2020 NBA bubble, the goals framework DraftKings Network ran on, and the sports-betting demand model behind league-approved NBA scheduling changes implemented for the 2026–27 season.

I also build with AI, hands-on. At DraftKings I designed and shipped an agent that took over about 20 hours a week of compliance work, and I was recognized as one of the top five AI users in the Marketing organization. I build on my own time too, including this site.

Next, I'm looking for a senior leadership role where I own the outcome: a P&L, a partnership portfolio, or a business that's still being built.
